How can I pay my library fines?

Paying Your Library Fines
Library fee and fine payments may be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card at the Circulation or Periodicals desk. Phone payments over $1 are also accepted. The Circulation Desk does not offer payment plans.
- Cash bills should not be larger than $20.00.
- Checks ($1.00 minimum payment) are made payable to RSCCD.
- Credit/debit cards require a $1.00 minimum payment. Payments can be made in person or over the phone. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
