Where can I study inside the library?

Answer

Individual and group study tables are available during in-person library hours throughout the library.

Computer-lab stations and printing services are accessible on a walk-in basis.

The presentation room (L-107) is available to students who need a space to project their slides and practice for a presentation. Group study rooms (L-109, L-110, and L-112-3) are available for students who wish to study in small groups. You will need to provide your email address and student ID number in our booking system to reserve a group study or presentation room.

Public Safety Information for Visiting the Library

While appointments are not necessary for using most library services, we recommend the following due to the unique conditions of the library space:

  • It is strongly encouraged that you wear a mask while inside the library.
  • Social distancing of at least 6-feet is encouraged. Please be aware of the people around you.
  • Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms should not come to the library, even with an appointment. Those symptoms include one or more of the following: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever of greater than 100 degrees, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, and/or loss of taste or smell.
  • Please review the Community User Policy page if you are not currently enrolled as a student or employed by the Rancho Santiago Community College District and wish to access library services.
