Does the library have online articles?

Answer

Accessing online articles

Yes, Nealley Library provides access to online articles published in newspapers, magazines, journals, and other types of periodicals. These articles can be accessed through the search box located on the library’s homepage (select the “Articles” search option) as well as through our library databases.

General and subject databases

Some of the library databases are collections of articles. General library databases, such as Academic Search Complete and JSTOR Essential offer articles on a variety of topics and subjects, while subject-specific databases, such as Health Source and Business Source Elite contain articles for specific subject areas.

Newspapers

The library subscribes to newspaper databases offering access to the LA Times, OC Register, and many other news sources. All library databases can be accessed through the “Find articles and ebooks” page of the Library’s website.

Search Tip: Select the “Full Text” option available on result lists to access articles available in full text, which you can save, download and print.  For more information on accessing the full-text versions of articles, read "What full-texts formats can I use to read an article?" or reach out to a librarian for assistance.
